He presented us with a detailed sale profile and comps within our neighborhood, outlined how we wold be marketing and showing the house. His mix of traditional and online methods of introducing our home to potential buyers made us confident we would get the maximum exposure needed to get it sold fast and for a fair price. All of this worked to the point that we had a parade of interested families tour the property and the house was sold within 2 weeks. Paul was with us every step of the way. I never had to wonder where he was or what he was doing. He was in constant communication with us as if we were his only clients. You can't beat that type of personal service, Paul also assisted in helping us prep the home, giving us advice as to what little touches needed to be updated and providing a contractor for refinishing our oak floors. We were also very pleased with the way Paul represented us during contract negotiations and the closing. Things could not have smoother.

I would HIGHLY recommend Paul! I was new to the Raleigh area and he was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods. Once I pinpointed the neighborhoods I was interested in, he was very diligent in sending me possible properties to view as they came on the market. He was available to view properties on  my lunch hour or after work. He responded quickly to my texts/calls and was very patient with me through the whole process. When he had to be out of town, he connected me with a co-worker, Sarah, that was just as professional and patient with me! I was able to find my perfect property and Paul was with me from start to closing.
