My current home is the second home I've purchased in the last 10 years, and the 8th time I've been involved in purchasing a home. From start to finish, Paul made it completely seemless. When I first contacted him, he asked us to send him a few listings of houses that we might be interested in, in order to get a better "feel" for what our tastes were. He plays hard ball where/when it's needed while remaining respectful and diligent at all times. Thanks to Paul, his perseverance and keen eye, he saved us THOUSANDS of dollars the day before closing. He knows what to look for and how to guide his clients to their forever home. He will schedule the inspection, walk throughs, showings... everything- which takes a lot of stress off the client. He even made room in his schedule multiple times- AFTER we went under contract and were heading to closing- so we could show the house to friends and family. Basically, it was important to us so it was important to him.

Bottomline: Paul will make what is normally the most stressful experience of everyone's life seemless and painless, while always keeping his clients best interests in mind. He's honest, respectful and caring- traits that are hard to come by in todays world.

Paul is a phenomenal realtor; we had an excellent experience with him as first time home buyers. Paul is communicative and prompt and has a really fantastic demeanor for real estate where he is calm and comfortable to be around while also being informed, direct and transparent. He was keen and attentive in getting to know us and became someone that we truly felt like we could trust, which proved to be invaluable as we navigated the home buying process. He was always willing to visit homes and was able to provide a lot of insight into the different elements and aspects of the home. Paul is wonderful! This was my first home buying experience and he made the process so much less intimidating. He met with me to answer all of my pre buying questions and was able to quickly schedule house viewings as soon as I found ones I liked. He set me up with my lender making the process smooth and easy. I started looking on a Thursday and was under contract by Monday. He was there for every step after that making sure the closing process was straightforward by explaining every step to me in advance and answering any questions I have. 2022 update: Fast forward three years, life events happening. We made the tough decision to leave NC. We reached out to Paul to list our house we bought with him three short years ago. Today was closing day, we netted more than the first insane number Paul originally worked up at the listing consult and broke a six figure return. Paul's sound advice during the sale kept our buyers accountable to the contact and pushed to get us the highest profit possible.
